What can I do if an item I want is out of stock?
You can sign up for a restock notification via email when you select the item you are looking at. We will also be posting restock information on our instagram regularly, so be on the lookout for updates.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit for the amount of the item at the date of return! We allow a store credit within two weeks of receiving your order. We do not refund bathing suits or bodysuits. For more information about our return policy, visit our return policy page here.
How do I confirm my order is placed?
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your order! If you do not receive an email after 24-48 hours, please contact us with your information and order number at our customer service email.
What do I do if I am missing part of my order or something is damaged?
Please send us an email to our customer service email about your issue and we would be happy to assist. If something is visibly damaged, please add any photos in your email so we can investigate the issue further.
Can I return my item after I have worn it or taken the tags off?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for items that have been washed or worn or without tags. Once you receive the items, ownership is transferred to the buyer and anything that happens is the buyer's responsibility.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We will process all order within 2 business days and prepare it for shipment. Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any delays.
When do you restock?
We will restock as often as possible, though it is difficult when purchasing from several different vendors. You may email our customer service line if there are any particular items you would like restocked or add your email to a restock notification under the product on our website. As long as the product(s) is/are available from the supplier, we will try to have a restock within 1-3 weeks (not guaranteed).
